Boxalike disclaims liability for errors in designs provided by clients.

We have the right to cancel orders that violate copyright law or have offensive material.

Delivery & Production

Production times differ depending on order specifications. An estimate is given when an order is accepted.

Delivery time is governed by an estimated period and can be subject to delays arising from factors beyond our control.

Boxalike is not liable for delays arising from the carrier or due to customs regulations and rules.

Returns & Refunds

Since we offer custom products, we do not accept returned merchandise or refunds for our items, except for any manufacturing fault.

Faults can be reported within 7 working days of order receipt with photographic proof.

If a fault is proven, we will replace it or give a partial refund at our option.
